Responsible for developing and implementing B2B sales strategies in the Southern region (from Da Nang to Ca Mau).
Focus on driving revenue growth from new customers, new products, and expanding market share in the assigned territory.
Manage and develop the regional sales team, ensuring achievement of sales objectives.
Report directly to the Regional Director.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies tailored to specific customer segments and the characteristics of the Southern region.
Plan for new product development and solutions that align with market demands.
Propose and implement effective sales and marketing programs to expand market share and boost revenue growth.
2. Team Management and Development:
Recruit, train, and develop the sales team in the assigned region.
Establish clear incentive policies and KPI systems to drive the team's performance.
Monitor, supervise, and evaluate individual team members’ performance to make necessary adjustments.
3. Customer Development:
Build a new customer base, especially large enterprises and strategic accounts.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring the highest satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal service delivery for customers.
4. Reporting and Coordination:
Provide regular and direct reports to the Regional Director on sales performance, goal achievements, and challenges in the region.
Coordinate with other departments, such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure effective implementation of business plans.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Language: Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years as Sales/Commercial Director or equivalent.
Prefer 2 years as CCO managing teams >300 and revenue >1,500 billion VND/year.
Experience in chain models or express delivery markets is a plus.
Skills:
Business process development, B2B customer growth.
Leadership, analysis, presentation, and data-driven strategy.
Responsible, decisive, persistent, and "can-do" mindset.
