Mô tả Công việc

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote freight forwarding services (Air, Sea, and Logistics Solutions).
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations to clients based on their logistics needs.
  • Negotiate rates, contract terms, and service agreements with clients in alignment with company policies.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer experience.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking functions when required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international logistics services (air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, warehousing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
