Conduct routine safety inspections and address non-conformities or risks immediately.
Promote a proactive safety culture through toolbox talks and regular communication.
Report and document any safety incidents, near-misses, or corrective actions.
3. Construction Oversight & Coordination
Support the Project Director and Design Director in coordinating daily construction works.
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure feasibility and compliance.
Monitor progress against the construction schedule, identify delays, and coordinate timely resolutions.
Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project objectives.
Apply knowledge of Vietnamese building codes and relevant international standards to maintain compliance.
4. Technical Support & Problem Solving
Provide on-site technical guidance to resolve design and coordination issues quickly.
Ensure proper integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems to maintain design intent.
Identify and address clashes in drawings or installation works, implementing practical, quality-driven solutions.
Record technical issues and lessons learned to improve execution across future projects.
5. Handover Management
Oversee material verification, installation, testing, and commissioning processes.
Lead snagging inspections, ensure timely defect rectification, and manage handover documentation (as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties).
