Handle full-cycle recruitment: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop talent pipelines through job platforms, social media, agencies & job fairs.
Participate in candidate evaluations using structured screening and assessments.
Prepare offer letters, probation contracts, and HR entry processes.
Support employer branding and recruitment budget planning.
Analyze training needs and organize internal training programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Assist with general HR/admin tasks and reporting as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in F&B or FMCG sectors.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Good English communication & proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
High attention to detail, proactive, able to work under pressure.
Immediate starters are highly preferred.
