POSITION: Technology Intern (PC Support)

- Work location: District 4 - HCMC

- Report to: Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Ticket Arrangement:

· Organize and manage support tickets within the system.

· Ensure timely resolution and follow-up on open tickets.

· Collaborate with the support team to prioritize and address issues.

2. Support Tasks:

· Assist in the installation and configuration of Windows operating systems.

· Connect and configure printers and other peripheral devices.

· Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on PCs and other devices

· Troubleshoot network connectivity issues

· Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person

· Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of IT services

· Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities.

3. Referred Qualifications:

· Experience with printer setup and configuration

· Knowledge of user account management in Windows environments

· Previous internship or work experience in IT support

1. Education & Qualification

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and PC hardware.
• Familiarity with network concepts and troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
