Be able to communicate with stakeholders, employees, managers, team leaders effectively, both oral and written, with proper spelling, grammar and punctuation.

2. Training services:
Support L&OD specialist and implement the administrative tasks involving contact with customers, negotiate to have any comment on training fields.
Support L&OD team to facilitate Orientation training program, in-house training; to design online self-learning programs, online game, training activities; to translate material, prepare presentation for Newsletter.
Collect training supplier, training course data as required.
Follow up OBP assessment report.
Schedule meeting with stakeholder, supplier.
Be able to manage workload effectively including planning, organizing, prioritizing and training deadlines.
3. Admin support:
Collaborate with Admin Training supplier to follow up the training course, participants, attendance.
Prepare Gift, thank you letter for Trainers, stationery for the training activities.
4. Reporting:
Prepare reports and dashboards related to L&OD.

4th - year students (fresh graduate are also welcome) majoring in Business Administration, Human resource, English Pedagogy, ...
English skill: Certificate equivalent to TOEIC 700.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), especially Excel.
Proficient in designing presentations using PowerPoint and Canva.
Competent written and verbal communication, accountability and dependability are a must.
