We are a Vietnam-based Digital Marketing agency with the focus on conversion optimization, strategic media planning, and booking.
aDigit was established with the mission of providing excellent solutions with the belief that people are a valuable resource and play a key role in providing effective services for our clients.
Main Duties:
Researching, maintaining strong and prosperous working relationships with new and existing clients
Making telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients
Building and maintaining strong relationship with senior managers, partners and other stakeholders
Understanding client needs and providing solutions and support; responding to client inquiries and follow-up calls; leading the response to brief, pitching, and presenting the proposals
Identifying advantages and compares organization’s service
Working with Account Managers to identify new opportunities within existing clients business
Preparing the reports as requested
Responsible for other duties from CEO
Minimum 2-year experience in BD Manager, sales Manager, sales B2B Manager, Sales team Leader, BD Team Leader position at digital marketing agency, media agency.
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
Good communication in English (preferred)
Strong presentation, negotiation and sales closing skill
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Work independently, self-motivated and highly integrity
Proactive, results-driven, trustworthy, and willing to go an extra mile
Ability to work under pressure

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
Quarterly and Year-end bonus (13th Salary, bonuses based on KPIs and Biz performance)
