Dipping Process Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Comply the Company Regulations and Policies, comply Health and Safety Regulations and Guidelines.
• Comply PPE as the workplace requirement during working hours, report immediately if any unsafe or nearmiss risks.
• Establish and provide Standard Operating Procedures, Production Specification and Work Instructions to guide and standard the manufacturing activities.
• Monitor and validate the actual processes to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures, Production Specification and Work Instructions are aligned
• Audit the Process and Parameter Specification to ensure the compliance from Production.
• Set up and control the cycle time to maintain the consistency of throughput and productivity.
• Responsibility the reject rates and defect modes due to technical issues, determine and analyze the root causes through Pareto, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, FMEA tools, recommend solutions and implement the correction and preventive actions.
• Identify the potential wastes and apply Lean manufacturing to optimize processes, eliminate wastes and costs.
• Drive the Lean project to achieve the KPI’s as agreement.
• Coordinate, support and communicate effectively to production and relative departments to improve the workflow.
• Engage and perform the training and coaching courses to production.
• Willing to take the additional assignments from Manager.

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Bachelor’s degree and above in Chemistry.

Job Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experiences in manufacturing.

Experience in Textile/Garment/Glove Manufacturing is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

Positive thinking and teamwork.

Strong analytical and problem-solving.

Customers focus and results-oriented.

Advanced skills in Ms Excel, Outlook and Power Point.

Excellent communication in English.

Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
