This is a senior role overseeing a large nationwide FMCG sales operation. We are looking for an individual with experience in sales planning, high level analysis and running sales operations. Key responsibilities are
● Manage nationwide sales reporting, including key business metrics (customer retention, wallet share etc)
● Conduct data analysis on key business metrics to identify areas for improvement
● Planning and forecasting sales demand and revenue for each FMCG category
● Driving a data-led sales plan with the nationwide sales team
● Launch and manage projects to improve sales, productivity, operations
● Manage large scale sales processes and administrative activities (e.g. commissions, onboarding, handover etc)
Key Accountabilities
Planning and reporting
● Lead weekly/monthly sales reporting on key business metrics (sales productivity, revenue per province, customer numbers etc)
● Lead weekly/monthly sales planning to forecast revenue, performance and sales of key FMCG categories/SKUs
● Support the Area Sales Managers with the right reports and metrics to identify areas to improvement
Analysis and Leading Projects
● Conduct analysis on business metrics to identify areas to improve
● Lead large scale projects to improve performance and sales productivity
● Launch new sales tools across the nation and ensure proper roll-out (e.g. DMS)
Sales Operations & Admin
● Manage administrative affairs (e.g. commissions, onboarding)
● Lead process improvement projects to streamline sales operations
