Technical Team Leader

· Inspect, review, and modify technical drawings to ensure feasibility during production.

· Collaborate with the production team to adjust and improve drawings based on practical feedback from the manufacturing process.

· Ensure that all drawings and technical specifications are accurately documented and managed.

· Provide technical information and address inquiries related to drawings for the production team.

· Regularly monitor and supervise the production process to ensure products are manufactured according to the drawings and technical requirements.

· Offer solutions for adjustments or improvements to the drawings if issues arise during production.

· Work closely with the Product Development, Production, and Quality Assurance departments to ensure that products meet the required shape, structure, and technical standards.

· Review the drawings and material lists (cutting lists), the technical manuals and assembly instructions from Product Development before releasing them for production

· Assist in production operations to drive improvement in manufacturing efficiencies

· Work with Product Development, Production, and Quality Assurance departments to optimize the cost and risk of claim for manufacturing processes of new and current designs

· Other diverse tasks assigned by manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·  Graduated from College/University in Interior Design, or Industrial Design.

·   At least 3 years of experience working with technical drawings, preferably in the furniture industry, especially sofa production.

·   Experience with 2D and 3D design software.

·   Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks.

·   Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.

·   Good communication and teamwork skills.

·   Time management and organizational skills.

·    High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and meticulous in work.

·    Experienced to work in manufacturing environment.
