This position plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support across various communication channels. This role is key to maintaining customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the company's services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide accurate information about services.
3. Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and follow up to ensure resolution.
4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
5. Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues.
7. Assist with customer account management, including updates and data entry.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and building relationships.
9. Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and customer service best practices.
1. Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or above, with a preferred background in finance, economics, marketing, or computer science.
- At least 1 year of experience in related positions (blockchain, finance, banking...)
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Proficient in using customer service software and office software (such as JIRA, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good teamwork spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Working location: Number 11 Ngô Quang Huy Street, Thảo Điền Ward, Thủ Đức City
3. Working Conditions: Monday to Saturday (from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM)
- Shifts may vary, including weekends and holidays.
- Primarily office-based and some remote work can be flexible.
