Department: Business Development
Team: Account end-to-end
Reports to: Group Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
- Build relationship building and negotiate with brands for mutual agreements
- Deliver comprehensive trend knowledge and collect industry insight to help Brands make on-time decisions for seasonal/market trends.
- Create product strategies (price/gift/discount) and run on multiple platforms’ campaigns to ensure brand and product competitiveness
- Ensure supply capacity of OnPoint being in match with demand from brands, execute planning for monthly purchasing orders and create commercial plans on Shopee/Lazada/TikTok to push monthly revenue growth and prevent backlog.
- Provide insights to optimize sales/ops performance via presentation and visualize it through reporting
- Support manager to execute ad hoc request
1. Education background requirements: Bachelor at relevant experience
2. Experience/Industry requirements:
- 2+ years experience in E- commerce or related retail company as position (Senior) Key Account, Partnership…
- Has experience in Planning/ Executing campaigns
- Good to have: Has experience in Sourcing/ Purchasing, or relevant experience in Inventory management
3. Competency requirements:
- Task Management: Prioritize tasks for internal and external cases to manage multiple deadlines
- Analysis & Problem Solving: Identify and analyze problems by isolating key issues, evaluate relevant data to find reasonable solutions and present it on tracker/slide
- Brand Management: Actively manage brand expectations to deliver sales performance
- Communication: Actively manage communication channels from internal/external stakeholders, response on time and approach with clear answers
- Negotiation: Manage discussion between brands and OnPoint to deliver compromised results
