We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Executive to uncover profitable business opportunities and cultivate strong customer relationships. You will collaborate with KAMs to develop and implement impactful sales & brand awareness campaigns within key accounts.
You will work closely with the Logistic Department/Distributors to ensure smooth and integrated results related to stocks supply on time in full and other administrative related.
Scope of Responsibilities
Sales:
Take purchase orders from customers.
Follow the sales performance of your customers in order to achieve them.
Make sure that our retailers respect our policy.
Implement the sales support provided by the company (promotion, samples, combo, merchandising…).
Track and record competitors’ activities in chained retailers monthly
Increase the visibility of the brand by frequent in-store visits and propose to KAM for intervention.
Support KAM in paperwork including preparing documentation of sale out payment, contract renewal, new product list in, changing barcode, promotion registration etc.
Execute and ensure implementation of customization activities including promotion compliance, stocks/gimmick support, resource and POSM during the time.
Training:
Help to coordinate class training or group discussion between the company and the customers.
Support to track and update the reports of training for key accounts including frequency and on-site training by customers and store classification.
Merchandising:
Follow and implement our planogram and merchandising policy at each visit.
Make sure that the products presentation is respected.
Set display to increase the visibility in stores in accordance with KAM alignment with customers. Follow up and ensure the execution with SE & BA team.
Set merchandising tools produced by the marketing department in store.
Marketing:
Follow the marketing Campaign prepared by the company.
Introduce to your customers and implement the marketing campaign.
Use the tools provided by the company.
Respect and follow the brand image and speech.
Take part of the development of the brand image.
Event:
Support team in the coordination of events.
Implement events and activities with your customers (group discussion, sales event)
Other:
Other tasks from the company if any.
At least 1-2 years as a Key Account Executive level up in the health and beauty industry, dermatology cosmetics.
Negotiation, communication, selling, analysis, planning, timing management skills.
Flexible, hard-working, work pressure, retail channel insight.
English workable.
