Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the sales team, including Inside Sales and Field Sales, within the Sales Department. Identify and target new customers and business opportunities to expand the client base. Create and manage LCL (Less than Container Load) consoles Ensure exceptional customer experience for LCL clients, with an emphasis on building loyalty. Implement innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to clients' needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across origin and destination offices to achieve business goals. Oversee team performance, providing motivation and support to meet and exceed targets. Foster a culture of open communication within the team to enhance collaboration and productivity. Coordinate departmental projects to ensure deadlines and objectives are met. What We Offer

Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in LCL product sales and business development. Established customer portfolio and strong relationships with co-loaders. Proven experience in creating LCL consoles Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales team while achieving sales targets. Strong organizational, management, and leadership skills.
