Check the availability of materials, personnel, and machinery to ensure smooth operations
Planning, release and control of production orders in the ERP system (SAP)
Analysing data and key figures
Involvement in inlet and outlet control
Interface between scheduling and production
Disposition of bought-in products or purchased products from KURZ productions or suppliers wordwide
Monitoring stocks and compliance with target values
Determination of planning data for raw materials and polyester to the purchasing department for new products/productions.
Manage the team by training employees, supporting their growth plans, providing feedback, and evaluating performance fairly and equally

Bachelor or higher in any technical, commercial or administrative field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production planning & management position
Fluent in English
Professional in MS Office
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Analytical and systematic way of working as well as technical expertise
Goal- orientated thinking, solution- orientated action and ability to work in a team
Ability to react quickly and flexibly to new situations
Team spirit
