The Personal Assistant will act as the right-hand support to the CEO, ensuring seamless management of their professional and personal commitments. This role involves handling communications, coordinating schedules, managing suppliers and vendors, organizing events and travel, and serving as a bridge between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s complex daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate communication on behalf of the CEO — including drafting emails, letters, and professional correspondence.
Research, source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, contractors, and service providers for both business and personal projects.
Organize logistics for travel, accommodation, and event participation across international locations.
Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information related to company strategy, finance, and personal matters.
Liaise effectively with internal teams, partners, and external agencies to ensure timely execution of projects.
Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Support special projects, brand campaigns, and events within the fashion and music sectors.
Ensure all administrative processes are efficient, organized, and reflect the company’s professional image.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role (experience in fashion, music, or creative industries is an advantage).
Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling and project management tools).
