Supervise and assign daily tasks to production staff; ensure targets are met and workflows run smoothly.
Monitor output quality, raw material readiness, and resolve operational issues in real time.
Train and guide new employees on safety procedures, equipment use, and production standards.
Analyze performance data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant working environment through active team oversight.
Education: Graduated from College/University in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, or related majors.
Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing companies
