Minimum requirements
- Master’s degree in disaster risk management, environment, natural resources management or closely related fields.
- Having at least 5 years of working experience in disaster risk management, environment, natural resources management, preferably in development cooperation setting.
- Good knowledge and understanding about geo-databases, GIS, Remote Sensing, and digital technologies in disaster risk management.
- Good knowledge and understanding about disaster risk management in different regions of Vietnam.
- Proven-working experience with and having good working relationships with governmental, ministerial, and provincial partners on disaster risk management or related topics.
- Excellent English proficiency, especially in presentation and writing.
- Capability to accompany and supervise multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently if required.
