Job Description
Suunto, a global leader in sports watches, dive computers, and precision instruments, is seeking a highly skilled **E-Commerce Manager** to manage and expand our digital sales channels in Vietnam. This role requires proficiency in **Chinese** and a deep understanding of **livestream sales**, along with expertise in managing **community engagement** activities. You will play a critical role in driving online sales, fostering customer engagement, and leading Suunto's digital presence in the Vietnamese market.
1. Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to grow Suunto’s online sales channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Livestream Sales: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of livestream sales events on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiki) to maximize sales and brand awareness.
- Community Management: Oversee and engage with Suunto’s online community, fostering a vibrant and active user base through social media, forums, and other online platforms.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling content for e-commerce platforms, livestreams, and community engagement that resonates with the Vietnamese market.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of e-commerce platforms and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Platform Management: Manage Suunto's product listings, inventory, and promotions on e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal visibility and conversion rates.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via online channels, addressing inquiries, feedback, and building strong relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with Influencers: Identify and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers to boost product visibility and credibility during livestreams and digital campaigns.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Coordinate digital marketing and promotional activities to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention on e-commerce platforms.
2. Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) for communication with international stakeholders and e-commerce platform partners.
- Livestream Expertise: Proven experience in livestream sales management, including planning, execution, and optimization for maximum impact.
- Community Management: Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and experience in building and managing active online communities.
- In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce landscape in Vietnam, including key platforms, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales teams, to deliver successful online campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
- Experience in managing budgets and executing e-commerce promotional strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms, preferably within the consumer electronics or wearable technology industry.
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools, including platform dashboards, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in an online environment.
- Passion for technology, fitness, and innovation is a plus.
