Inspection Coordinator cum Report Reviewer

You will also act as the Member of Pre-shipment Inspection Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support the Inspection in managing the day-to-day including management Standard ISO/IEC 17020; ISO 2859-1, ISO 9000; relevant industries and products, and national.

• Handle day-to-day client enquiries (orders/bookings receipt & quotation) to ensure coordination activities are aligned with requirements according to Company and clients’ procedures
• Mastering all TUV SUD and Clients’ Procedures, Guidelines, Instructions, Protocols, ect. to ensure that they are fully understood.
• Be front line contact for all communications between Clients, Vendor/ Factory and other offices
• Review client’s specification, and clarify the requirements with clients / other offices
• Collect all necessary inspection material and/or information and forward to Inspectors (i.e. packaging, approval sample etc.)
• Schedule inspections and arrange logistics
• Daily reviewing inspection reports for both Hardline and Softline to ensure reports sent out are free of mistakes.
• Issue Inspection Certificates
• Input and update data in Tracking System
• File and retain all documents utilized during an inspection and control documents accordingly in hard and soft copies.
• Control approved / inspector samples and inspection equipment.
• Follow up the customer’s Debt
• Report the revenue in month to Finance
• Report the monthly working schedule of PSI team to HR
• Follow the other works assigned by Inspection Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in either Garments/ Textile/ Mechanical/ Forest & Agricultural sector with at least 5 years’ experience in coordinating office work.
• Hand-on working experience in T.I.C industry and knowledge of consumer products, Standard AQL 2859-1 and relevant industries, ISO 9000 and national / international standards will be an added advantage.
• English communication with B level or equivalent.
• Result and service-oriented individual with initiative and good communication skills.
• A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines advantageous
