1.Operational Leadership

Oversee all factory operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules for low MOQ custom orders.

Manage White Wood and Finishing processes to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Develop strategies to balance flexibility and efficiency in meeting diverse client requirements.

2.Customization and Client Focus:

Work closely with design and sales teams to understand and integrate client specifications into production.

Ensure the factory is equipped to handle varied materials, finishes, and designs while maintaining high standards.

Implement processes to accommodate rapid changes in order specifications and deadlines.

3.Team Management:

Lead and mentor department heads and factory teams, promoting accountability and a customer-focused mindset.

Identify training needs to enhance team skills in handling custom furniture production.

Foster a culture of innovation, craftsmanship, and quality.

4.Production Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with planning teams to create adaptable schedules that accommodate low MOQ orders.

Monitor resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment for custom production runs.

Continuously improve production processes to reduce lead times and costs while maintaining quality.

5.Quality Assurance:

Ensure all products meet client specifications and exceed quality expectations.

Implement robust quality control procedures at every stage of production.

Address and resolve any quality issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

6.Process Improvement and Innovation:

Identify opportunities to enhance manufacturing techniques and reduce waste in custom production.

Introduce advanced technologies and methods tailored for small-batch, high-variability production.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase factory responsiveness and efficiency.

7.Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage the plant’s budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Monitor inventory to ensure the availability of diverse materials required for custom orders.

Optimize labor and machine utilization to handle varying order volumes effectively.

8.Reporting and Analysis:

Track production metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Provide regular updates to senior management on factory performance and client satisfaction.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fluency in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.

Deep understanding of White Wood and Finishing processes.

Strong knowledge of custom production workflows and client-specific manufacturing.

Excellent leadership and team-building skills.

Ability to balance flexibility with operational efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
