JOB SUMMARY
This role leads a team at the Milwaukee HT Vietnam factory, overseeing In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), and process quality support. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage IPQC and OQC to ensure products meet internal and customer quality standards.
• Support manufacturing process improvements, conduct failure analysis, handle non-conforming products, and implement effective corrective/preventive actions.
• Establish IPQC/OQC processes, including sampling plans, process audits, non-conformance handling, and data collection/analysis (Critical Features, DPPM).
• Address customer complaints, implement preventive measures, and verify their effectiveness.
• Maintain and optimize quality management systems (SOP, OI/WI) per ISO 9001 standards.
• Train team members to meet job requirements.

Collaborate with other departments to meet delivery schedules and production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Science.
Experience: 3 years in quality control.
Knowledge:

• 7 QC Tools, 5 Core Tools.
• ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949:2016.
• Problem-solving skills (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto).
  Skills:
• Auditing skills.
• Proficient in Minitab.
• Familiar with ASTM, GB, or JIS standards.
• Data analysis.
• Fluent in English.
  Other Abilities: Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, strong teamwork skills.
