Job Summary:
Responsible for generating sales through creative displays that capture customers’ attention. Leading Visual Merchandise (VM) projects execution to ensure that the customer experience is optimized to drive sales and profitability. Creating an engaging and immersive environment to differentiate the company's products from competitors and build brand recognition and loyalty among customers.
Budgeting & Planning:
- Create and implement a visual merchandising tactical strategy/ plan for the stores, ensuring that the strategy is in line with our brand, products, and target market.
- Develop & manage visual concept for new product, seasonal products, promotion and events.
- Manage VM budgets and ensuring that all productions are executed within budget constraints.
- Work with suppliers to ensure on quality and timeline production for graphics in store.
Visual Merchandise Execution Management:
- Create a set of communication tools for giving customers clear information on products/brands.
- Creating eye-catching store layouts that showcase the brand and aesthetic of the company.
- Train Visual Merchandisers and store staff on VM techniques and standards, ensuring that they are able to effectively maintain displays and create an engaging customer experience.
- Liaise and coordinate with supply chain to produce finished artwork, POS material and signage.
- Liaise and coordinate with operations and merchandiser in the implementation of promotional brand activities and visual retail executions.
In-store Visual Merchandising:
- Conduct frequent store visits with VM Store Visit report submitted to evaluate on store POP (Point of Purchase) and VM tools condition to ensure the stores follow brand and VM standards.
- Responsible for VM tools management, ensure all stores have the right VM tools.
- Have 1 to 2 years of experience in Branding and Product MKT in the F&B and FMCG industries.
- Proficiency in presentations and powerpoint presentations.
- Have skills in data and market analysis.
