Provide legal advice on matters related to Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Research and update new laws and regulations affecting CRES activities.
Partake in dispute resolution and settlement related to CRES operations.
2. Legal Documentation:
Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including:
ERC/IRC extension & renewal, sub-licenses, amending licenses, environmental licenses, etc.
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and standard procurement contracts for CRES vendors.
Contracts and service agreements to ensure legal compliance.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of legal documents submitted by vendors.
Draft and prepare tender and contract documentation for consultants and vendors
3. Transaction Management:
Oversee legal aspects of land title verification, land use zones, and zone requirements.
Manage the procurement process for external legal counsel, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
Conduct due diligence on potential vendors, including background checks, financial assessment, and relationship analysis.
5. Administration
Prepare and review payment dossiers for projects to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies before submission for approval.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Law
Minimum 1 year of experience in legal advisory, preferably in Corporate Real Estate Services or construction-related legal roles.
Strong research skills & legal analysis skills.
English communication skills, Chinese is a plus.
High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with cross -functional teams.
