Develop and execute Digital Media & Performance strategies to achieve client objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (Account, Design, Content, etc.) to ensure seamless project implementation.
Manage and optimize daily campaigns to meet and exceed client KPIs.
Track, analyze, and report on project performance weekly and monthly.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training sessions for the team.
Proven expertise in key metrics and functions of Google, Meta, and TikTok advertising platforms.
Experience in managing large-scale paid media campaigns.
A strong advantage if you have 1 -3 years of experience running Performance Ads in the US & Canada.
Excellent research, logical thinking, and data analysis skills.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and diligent.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively under pressure.
