Accounting Supervisor

Job Description

- Daily, Check BPM and book expense into system ( SG&a, COBD, .. )

- Prepare Business Unit Profit (BU) report: Based on the invoice list, the Gross Sale for the month, categorize COGS, COBD expenses, export costs, and Opex report

- Prepare VAT declaration and Monthly tax declaration related to PIT, KOP, FCT, dependent and Register Tax Code

- Accept to be transferred, assigned, arranged tasks by manager to be suitable with company business situation

- Complete assigned KPI in Month, Quarter and Year.

- Complete any arising as requirement from Head of Group Control Department

Working conditions:

- Workplace: Lot A1-6, Tan An Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, HCMC. (shuttle bus from HoChiMinh City).

- Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday).

Job Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), IFRS, and current tax regulations.

- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with ERP systems).

- Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Excel.

- Eager to learn, maintain a curious mindset at work and always open to feedback.
