I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
EXPANSION AND PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION
- Build, develop and execute a comprehensive global expansion strategy to enter new e-commerce markets.
- Build, develop and document workflows for inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment across different marketplaces.
BUILD & MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIP
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of key contacts within internal & partner organizations and leverage these relationships to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
MANAGEMENT OF OPERATIONS SYSTEMS
- Identify discrepancies, if any, and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve them effectively
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communicating with external account managers and assisting internal teams with operational issues related to systems.
SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
- Study the requirements and business needs to design scalable and secure eCommerce system architectures. Research and implement technologies and tools to improve system efficiency.
- Manage ongoing system improvements and upgrades. Develop contingency plans for system failures.
PERFORMANCE CONTROL
- Continuously monitor the performance of the eCommerce platform and involve related teams to resolve problems.
HANDOVER & TRAINING
- Document new workflows and processes for operations and facilitate training sessions for internal teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Ensure proper handover of information and responsibilities to relevant teams, fostering continuity and efficiency in operations.
