TEMPORARY 6 MONTHS

Objective:
To support the overall efficiency and functionality of the office by providing comprehensive administrative assistance, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Keep track of all monthly office payments: taxi, rental, water, electric consumption, flower, consumables, toll fee for demo cars….
• Organize all documents related to fire protection compliance.
• Support Receptionist and Tea Ladies during busy periods or in their absence.
• Support HR Department in internal events or employee relations.
• Co-operate with other Departments to solve the company’s common tasks smoothly.
• Other ad hoc assignments and projects.

TEMPORARY 6 MONTHS

• BacPorscheelor’s degree holder. Fresh graduate is welcome.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills and English, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
