The Quality Assurance Staff is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of stored goods and ensuring proper storage practices. This position ensures full compliance with company procedures and regulations to prevent quality issues caused by improper warehouse handling. The role also involves managing sample storage, ensuring samples are preserved according to procedures, and providing accurate and timely samples to internal customers (Sales Department).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Quality Management
· Monitor compliance with storage, inbound–outbound, and warehouse procedures.
· Supervise on-site warehouse activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
· Coordinate with relevant departments to handle incidents and implement quality improvements.
2. Sample Storage and Handling
· Collect, store, and preserve product samples.
· Record and maintain sample logs and traceability documents.
· Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with food-grade standards.
· Coordinate sample delivery with other departments as required.
Job Requirement
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education
· University degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Quality Management, or other relevant technical fields.
· Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience. Preferably experienced in food ingredient manufacturing/distribution companies.
· Good reading and understanding of English (intermediate to upper-intermediate level; good proficiency is an advantage).
Skills & Competencies
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good teamwork and adaptability.
Strict compliance with sample collection and storage procedures.
Prefer candidates with knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Standards, HACCP.
