The Sales Assistant supports the Sales Manager in developing and managing the Vietnam retail market for Sri Trang Vietnam gloves. This role focuses on sales coordination, customer service, order management, market research, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Coordination
Assist the Sales Manager in daily sales activities for the Vietnam market.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, product presentations, and tender documents.
Coordinate with customers and distributors regarding inquiries, product availability, and pricing.
Follow up on leads, sample requests, and product trials.
2. Order Management
Coordinate end-to-end sales orders, including order entry, confirmation, shipment planning, and delivery follow-up.
Work with supply chain, production planning, and logistics to ensure timely shipment of Sri Trang glove products.
Monitor stock levels and forecast requirements based on customer orders and market trends.
Implement sales forecast / Stock management with related parties.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support onboarding of new clients.
Support customer meetings, both virtual and on-site, including preparing materials and follow-up reports.
Handle customer complaints or quality issues by coordinating with QA/technical teams.
4. Market Research & Business Development Support
Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market movements in the Vietnam glove industry.
Assist the Sales Manager with market expansion initiatives, distributor evaluation, and business planning.
Prepare monthly sales reports, market insights, and performance dashboards.
5. Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, documentation and pricing information.
Support compliance with company policies, product certifications, and regulatory requirements for gloves in Vietnam.
Arrange travel schedules, meetings, and events for the Sales Manager as needed.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or coordination; experience in medical supplies, PPE, or gloves industry is an advantage.
Familiarity with Vietnam healthcare, industrial, or distributor markets is preferred.
Fluent both English and Vietnamese.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
Customer-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
