We are seeking a strategic and agile HR Manager to join our head office team and play a key role in shaping the culture, talent, and organizational design across our growing ecosystem.
Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HR strategies that align with the group's mission, support our startups, and enable scalable growth. This is not a traditional HR role — it requires someone who is people-centric, business-savvy, and capable of managing complex, fast-moving environments. You'll work closely with startup founders, tech leads, and executive management to ensure each portfolio company has the HR support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the strategic HR partner to portfolio companies, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.
Lead HR operations at the group level (policies, compliance, benefits, performance systems).
Support hiring strategy across startups and R&D companies; assist with leadership recruitment and key technical hires.
Establish and maintain a flexible HR framework that accommodates early-stage startups and fast-scaling teams.
Drive initiatives around culture, engagement, and employer branding across the group.
Provide coaching and advisory support to founders and department heads on people and organizational matters.
Foster cross-company collaboration and knowledge-sharing between HR teams in different portfolio entities.
Monitor HR metrics, turnover, and pulse feedback; recommend improvements proactively.
Stay updated on employment law, tech talent trends, and startup best practices.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic HRBP capacity.
Prior experience in tech/startup or innovation-led environments preferred.
Strong understanding of scaling HR systems, culture-building, and startup lifecycle challenges.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level executives.
Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, juggle priorities, and think on your feet.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
