SF Express, as a global leading integrated logistics service provider, continues to expand its footprint in international logistics. Due to business development needs in Cambodia, we are recruiting a Country Manager across the SF Express network. We sincerely invite ambitious talents to join our team.

1. 负责对柬埔寨国家政策、政府规划、物流市场、行业竞对等信息进行先期摸底调研。

   Conduct preliminary research on Cambodia’s national policies, government plans, logistics market, and industry competitors.

2. 负责柬埔寨国家团队搭建、柬埔寨地区的业务运营和管理，制定并执行符合当地市场的发展战略，确保业务目标的达成。

   Responsible for team building, business operations, and management in Cambodia; formulate and implement development strategies tailored to the local market to achieve business goals.

3. 深度拓展和维护当地客户资源，尤其是国际快递和供应链业务相关客户，提升客户满意度和忠诚度。

   Expand and maintain local customer resources, especially those related to international express and supply chain services, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. 与总部及其他地区协同合作，优化国际快递和供应链业务流程，提升运营效率和服务质量。

   Collaborate with headquarters and other regions to optimize international express and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency and service quality.

5. 管理和领导柬埔寨当地团队，打造高效、专业的工作团队，推动团队的持续成长和发展。

   Lead and manage the local team in Cambodia, building a professional and efficient team to drive continuous growth and development.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. 工作经验：5年以上工作经验，熟悉国际快递和供应链业务管理经验。
   Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience, with a strong background in international express and supply chain management.

2. 专业技能：了解国际快递业务流程，包括揽收、运输、清关、派送等环节；熟悉供应链管理，能有效整合资源，优化供应链方案。
   Professional Skills: Familiar with international express processes including pickup, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery; capable of integrating resources and optimizing supply chain solutions.

3. 能力素质：具备出色的沟通协调和商务谈判能力，能应对复杂的市场环境和挑战。
   Core Competencies: Excellent communication, coordination, and business negotiation skills; able to navigate complex market conditions and challenges.

4. 语言能力：中文听说读写能力熟练。
   Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese​ (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

5. 其他要求：工作认真负责，有强烈的责任心和敬业精神，适应出差和海外工作环境。
   Other Requirements: Responsible and dedicated, with strong professionalism and adaptability for business travel and overseas assignments.
