Develop expertise in the company’s products and provide engaging training sessions for partners and clients (online and offline).
Research market trends and propose export strategies for assigned regions, optimized Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies to improve sell-in and sell-out performance across international markets.
Identify and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, Ekim, trade fairs, chambers of commerce, and cold outreach activities.
Negotiate distribution and sales agreements, and manage the end-to-end export process for Star Kombucha, Chill Cocktail, and other beverage lines.
Develop and maintain relationships with export authorities, trade promotion agencies, and embassies/consulates.
Maintain strong customer relationships and drive new international sales.
Attend international trade fairs and business networking events.
Expand exports in key markets including China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Southeast Asia.
Collect and analyze market, customer, and competitor data to build a reliable internal CRM.
Handle customer complaints and ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
Coordinate with logistics, accounting, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Report regularly to the International Sales Manager on market insights, new leads, and sales progress.

Experience in FMCG / Beverage / Export.
Strong international network and cultural understanding.
Willing to travel abroad.
Fluent English (Chinese preferred for China/HK/Macau market).
1–2 years of export experience

Preference given to foreign nationals, expats, or overseas Vietnamese
