Working Location: Đường Hồ Tông Thốc, Xóm 15, xã Nghi Phú, TP. Vinh
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform works according to the standard processes.
• Perform the labour regulation, fire protection, rules and regulation of Company at warehouse.
• Monitor the actual operation of IDM staff can reached the quality objectives.
• Control the input data in system about inbound, outbound, inventory: Inbound (import, from CDC, branch, sale return, for testing), outbound (sale for channels, branch transfer, etc.), internal transfer.
• Monitor, check and adjust lot/date in system. Print goods received note, picking slip, master inventory. Check and arrange the blue invoices, output note cum internal transport.
• Finish KPI report exactly, completely and on time.
• Analyse the rates and deviation reason (if any).
• Report about internal transfer, physical lot/date, expired goods, quarantine goods. Perform the handling and storage goods process.
• Perform others duties assigned by Warehouse Manager.
• Support and coordinate with co-worker.
- Experience & Education: Minimum 1 year of experience in administration and office work (FMCG preferred); College/University education
- Technical Skills: MS Office at an advanced level (certificate required); Adaptability to new technologies such as TMS, ERP, WMS, and DMS
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Work Ethic & Personal Qualities: Ethical behavior (integrity, honesty, carefulness, diligence); Sense of urgency, responsibility, and enthusiasm for work; Will to win; Learning agility
