Receive purchase requests from the Sales Department and other departments, calculate the required quantity, and place orders.
Source and identify suitable suppliers that meet company requirements.
Prepare documents for customs clearance, product conformity certificates, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with logistics companies to transport goods to the warehouse.
Control inventory levels. Collaborate with the warehouse department to manage and store goods.
Draft contracts, monitor accounts payable, and prepare documents for payment processing.
Collaborate with the Sales Department to address and resolve customer issues and complaints related to goods.
Work with suppliers on product warranties and after-sales service.
Prepare product-related documents as per customer requests (CO/CQ, test reports, etc.).
Report on supplier delivery progress.
Coordinate with the Sales Department before, during, and after sales.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2-3 years of experience in purchasing or import/export.
In-depth knowledge of import procedures from overseas and international trade terms.
Full-time position at the District 1 office in Ho Chi Minh City.
Fluent in English communication; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
Proficiency in office software and strong communication skills.
