Mô tả Công việc

  • Receive purchase requests from the Sales Department and other departments, calculate the required quantity, and place orders.
  • Source and identify suitable suppliers that meet company requirements.
  • Prepare documents for customs clearance, product conformity certificates, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with logistics companies to transport goods to the warehouse.
  • Control inventory levels. Collaborate with the warehouse department to manage and store goods.
  • Draft contracts, monitor accounts payable, and prepare documents for payment processing.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department to address and resolve customer issues and complaints related to goods.
  • Work with suppliers on product warranties and after-sales service.
  • Prepare product-related documents as per customer requests (CO/CQ, test reports, etc.).
  • Report on supplier delivery progress.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Department before, during, and after sales.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or import/export.
  • In-depth knowledge of import procedures from overseas and international trade terms.
  • Full-time position at the District 1 office in Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Fluent in English communication; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in office software and strong communication skills.
