QC Executive (Temporary 7 months)

- Support in preparing documents and files for customer audit, FSSC22000,...

- Coordinate with departments to investigate complaints and propose preventive action to manager.

- Support testing Phy-chemical and Microbial quality is stable and meets standards.

- Detection and prevention of cross-contamination of gluten allergen (no missed, delayed, or erroneous results) in line production and final products.

- Monthly patrols check food safety, reports and provide remedy solutions.

- Use, clean and maintain the microbiology lab equipment, chemicals and tools. Implement 5S

- Do other jobs such as container loading inspection, checking sugar cleaning, … assigned by the Superior.

- Implement 5S at QC Solve other arising works and other duties assigned by the Superior

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Graduated from university/college or equivalent Major: Food Technology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry or other related technical background.

- At least 01 year of working experience with similar position.

- Have knowledge in microbiology and food safety.
