Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, data analysis, and usability testing.
Analyze user insights and translate them into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, or journey maps.
Design and optimize user experiences for both web and mobile platforms.
Work closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, and Developers to turn designs into actual products.
Participate in solution testing with users and propose UX improvements.
Monitor UX performance metrics (UX KPIs) and recommend enhancements based on quantitative and qualitative results.
Contribute to building UX guidelines and component libraries.
Ensure compliance with usability and accessibility standards.
Success Metrics:
Achieve user satisfaction scores (CSAT, NPS) as per product KPI.
Improve task success rate after UX enhancements.
Reduce drop-off rates at key touchpoints.
Complete at least 2 rounds of usability testing before development.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, IT, Psychology, or related fields. Professional major: UX Design, Human-Centered Design, Product Design, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or similar. 2nd language ability: Good English skills. Related experiences:
At least 2 years in UX Design or similar roles.
A portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving process, and real outcomes is required.
Essential Capabilities
Proficient with tools like Figma, FigJam, Miro, or equivalents.
Knowledge of user research methods, interaction design, and UX testing.
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and rationale for design decisions.
Teamwork, proactive mindset, and idea contribution.
Additional Notes: Prefer candidates with experience in Agile environments, startups, fintech, or e-commerce.
