Responsible for checking payment records and making payments for payment transactions related to insurance contracts and storing payment records and accounting records;
Performing daily accounting of expenses, receivables and payables for payment transactions related to insurance contracts;
Performing monthly, quarterly and annual accounting book closing;
Preparing reports according to the regulations of the Company and the State (including tax regulations)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Payment Accounting
Check payment records for payment transactions related to insurance contracts and prepare daily payment orders
Record and reconcile bank ledger transactions, accounts receivable and payable, expenses and General Ledger.
Coordinate with inspection and examination units when requested.
2. Financial period closing
Execute accounting period closing activities (for specific areas give by the line-manager(s)
Support preparing regulatory financial reports
3.3. Miscellaneous
Support the development and maintenance of the MB Life’s internal control framework, process and procedures manual.
Other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant/ Deputy Director of Finance and Investment Domain, in charge of Accounting or (co) line-manager(s)
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Business, Economics
1 years experience in Accounting as the at least – preferably Insurance sector and SAP-EBAO system
Knowledge on VAS (Vietnam Accounting Standards and Regimes
Regular update on accounting regulations.
English communication: Full professional proficiency
