Handle daily sales activities in Ho Chi Minh City.
Manage the sales process to monitor the overall performance of the sales team, continuously improve, and adapt to market conditions.
Manage sales KPIs, provide timely support and guidance to the sales staff to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor and direct how sales representatives achieve their individual goals.
Ensure sales staff are well-trained, motivated, and always ready when needed.
Track sales history, vehicle records, customer history, and tasks on the CRM system.
Manage showroom inventory and coordinate with other departments to ensure vehicles are always ready for retail sales.
Prepare and manage weekly and monthly sales reports as well as sales KPI reports.
Regularly conduct sales training for the team to improve selling, negotiation, and closing skills, as well as enhance customer relationship management.
Monitor market activities from competitors and provide periodic market reports.
Propose annual sales strategies and promotional campaigns in coordination with other departments when necessary.
Handle customer complaints.
