In charge of daily local operational procurement & monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive.
Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders.
Record & maintain accurate information of procurement activities on ERP system.
Liaise with relevant departments to check the product's ability to meet the requested requirements.
Develop strong relationships with key local suppliers to improve lead times & ensure DIFOT.
Present the reports on local procurement performance & supplier performance.
Communicate with suppliers daily and organize meetings as needed to resolve supply issues.
Lead high-stakes negotiations with local suppliers to secure the most favorable terms & service level agreements.
Draft, review, and finalize complex international contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international laws, incoterms & company policies.
Manage contracts lifecycles, including renewals, amendments and dispute resolution.
Collaborate closely with relevant parties to optimize the warehousing.
Collaborate closely with relevant departments to control and ensure the best optimum inventory level by performing replenishment planning and purchase volume for in-charged categories/ commodities.
Job Requirement
Graduation from Commercial/ Supply Chain & Logistics/ Economic background.
Good command of English.
Proficient in using ERP system.
Proven 5+ years of experience working as a procurement/ buyer/ purchasing specialist.
Deep understanding of procurement principles and international procurement process, commercial & complex international contract.
Good ability to communicate effectively, exceptional negotiation skills.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead the junior team members, lead cross – functional project.
