Focus on FBA export, local warehouse operation and B2C parel export to our customers
Mainly receiving, warehousing, and outbound operations for airfreight and volumes by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and procedures
Communicate closely with internal colleagues and external warehouse customers
Continuously improve operational performance and efficiency while satisfying both company and customer needs
Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees in cooperation with HR
Job Requirement
Minimum 2 years operation experience in warehouse/distribution center
Good command of Vietnamese, Speaking English is an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to drive results
Ability to be flexible to work variable shifts, such as night shifts, operate on tight deadlines with multiple priorities subject to frequent change
