We specialize in IT solutions for logistics business such as shipping, terminal & yard, arehouse, trucking and forarding. Also e are researching ne technologies for eb, mobile, virtual reality and machine learning.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Payroll & Insurance
- Track and update attendance, working shifts, and leave records through the company’s internal system.
- Monitor and ensure accurate overtime, leave balance, and related C&B data.
- Co-work with the internal team for monthly payroll for all employees, including payroll data preparation, payroll execution, and payslip issuance.
- Be in charge of insurances: social insurance and healthcare insurance (PVI).
- Clarify and resolve employee inquiries related to company regulation, payroll & insurance.
- Support the employees in the PVI claiming process, including guidance and required document collection.
2. Policy Implementation & HR Operations
- Administer company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure HR processes are compliant and well executed.
- Prepare monthly, yearly, and ad-hoc C&B reports.
3. Foreign Employee Documentation
- Handle legal procedures and paperwork for expatriates and their families (Vietnam visas, work permits, residence cards, and other related documents)
4. Administration Support
- Implement the welfare-related procedures for employees about marriage and bereavement.
- Manage and support the benefits for expats and their families according to company policy (annual flight, flight for family event,…).
- Be in charge of the expats and managers’ benefits (laptop, mobile device, mobile top-up).
- Manage the monthly parking registration.
