- R&D Microbiology is responsible for researching methods and ensuring food safety in the product development process for processed meat, beverages and seasoning.
- Coordinate with different Funtions to test and evaluate the food safety of products' formulations from lab, pilot to mass- production scale.
- Analyse the microbiological risks from raw materials to finished products
- Perform MIC testing, evaluate antimicrobial activities of new natural preservative ingredients and participate in the project of Natural preservation.
- Coordinate with QA, Technical Inspection, Production departments... Resolve issues related to food safety and hygiene from raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products ensuring GMP and GHP in accordance with company standards.
- Follow closely and directly participate in testing and technology transfer to the factory
- Chachelor's in Biotechnology or Microbiology
- Prefer candidates who are living near Di An, Binh Duong Province
