Carry out marketing campaigns requested by Marketing Manager

Content marketing

• Contact and work with suppliers on marketing materials, speakers, training, events...
• Conduct online webinars from the company: communicate, invite guests, monitor, record.
• Content writing/content management on Social media: SEO, fanpage, email marketing
• Run Facebook ads
• Manage the company's marketing materials, product information in English and Vietnamese: soft files, hard files, product information on the website, videos on Youtube, internal training videos, report images...

Event marketing

• Event planning (exhibition, event, lectures...)
• Deploy and track event progress
• Event communication, promotion on social networks and at other offline events
• Coordinate with Sales and Design to implement promotion programs for events
• Coordinate with the Design Team to design POSMs, brochure leaflets, catalogs...
• Events organized by the company: monitor communication progress, enrollment progress, propose appropriate options for enrollment progress
• Company sponsored events: discuss sponsorship list with Organizers and Sales, ensure appropriate sponsorship amount for the event
• Event logistics and operations management
• Collect data and customer opinions about the event
• Evaluate event effectiveness
• Report results and suggest improvements
• Propose and find urgent solutions when problems occur
• Expense Report & Document Collection
• Make reports as requested by superiors

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or related field.

• 05 years+ of experience in creating marketing tactical planning, marketing campaign

• Strong project management skills, results-oriented mindset.

• Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing or event organizing.

•  Ability to adapt quickly to change, proactive, motivated, positive attitude and sense of humor.

• Performs well with competing priorities, multiple projects. Detail-oriented and strong follow-through with a collaborative working style

• Proficiency written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
