Position: BIM Modeler Team Leader - Engineering Service
Job Code: 121509
- Working location: Binh Thanh District, HCMC
- Monthly Salary: 16,000,000～21,000,000VND

<Job Responsibilities>
- Create, update and revise BIM Models and drawings throughout the project life cycle;
- Create and modify BIM models and drawings based on laser scanner point clouds and other inputs;
- Create BIM deliverables for construction, documentation and fabrication;
- Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models, drawings and families;
- Coordination of modelling, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues;
- Assist in the development of internal standards and guidelines for work planning.
- Develop and maintain good professional relationship with partners, demonstrate good capability to grow team
- Develop team strategy, provide team and project leadership: planning, supervision, evaluation, resolution

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Background: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience:
+ From 3-5 years of experience in BIM Modeler position, including leader experience
+ Proven experience working with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and others
+ Knowledge of 3D rendering software such as 3DSmax or similar;
+ Must have exceptional attention to detail; Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Others:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
+ Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Strong experience in infrastructure modelling (bridges, tunnels) will be prioritized.
- Knowledge of BIM Automation tools, plug-ins such as Dynamo, Revit API, Diroots, and others is an advantage
