Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Build and maintain strong networking relationship with Chinese corporate clients, professional network or B2B sales channels related to similar products.
Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing B2B corporate customers, providing ongoing support, insights, and recommendations to enhance profitability and service quality.
Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams during contract implementation to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, while developing and executing an annual business plan.
Collaborate with product development, accounting, and other departments to align sales and business development strategies with the company's objectives and EBIT goals.
Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, develop market-responsive products, and explore new business opportunities.
Drive new client acquisition through a professional and strategic sales approach
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
Having at least 5 years experiences in a similar position
Prefer experience in B2B sales: kitchenware, FMCG, gift and service supply or merchandise development.
Fluent in English
Strong knowledge of the Chinese market and consumer behavior.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales, marketing, products strategies that drive business growth.
