CONTENT LAYOUT & VISUAL STRATEGIST

Job Description

We’re seeking a Content Layout & Visual Strategist to help transform high-level brand and content ideas into compelling, scroll-stopping visual assets for social platforms—primarily LinkedIn and Instagram. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll be interpreting brand narratives, building layouts, and bringing Lygia Vien’s aesthetic and storytelling standards to life across formats. You’ll collaborate closely with strategy and content leads to shape visuals that speak with clarity, wit, and sophistication.

- Design and layout branded social content, including carousels, reels, quote graphics, storyboards, and infographics

- Translate content pillars (educational, lifestyle, trend-driven, etc.) into on-brand, visually distinctive assets

- Maintain visual consistency across platforms, applying brand guidelines (typography, color, mood, tone)

- Support concepting and creative direction for seasonal or campaign content

- Repurpose and adapt content across formats and platforms

- Coordinate asset management, templates, and file organization

- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and photographers as needed

- Incorporate feedback and deliver content to meet publication timelines

Job Requirement

Proven Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

Experience 3+ years in content design, social media graphics, or digital creative production

Deep understanding of visual storytelling, layout principles, and audience behavior

Strong portfolio showcasing social-first content (especially Instagram and LinkedIn)

Content that sparks engagement, shares, and saves across platforms

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Figma
