Customer Service Officer

Job Description

1. Coordinate for performing Ecocycle waste contract to ensure high level of customer’s satisfaction.

• Design, plan and following pick-up at customer sites to match with customer needs.
• Prepare necessary document for pick-up and waste receiving at CATL (WP, Checklist, Label, CATL entrance, delivery notes,…)
• Coordinate with related department for the implementation.

2. Customer’s feedback/complain handling.

• Execute & ensure process of getting feedback/complain from customer
