Job Description

This position reports to Import - Export Senior Manager.

Main responsibilities:

Export: Follow up POs & shipments:

· Monitor forecasts and export POs; follow up with the production team to ensure timely delivery and compliance with PO requirements.

· Coordinate internally and externally to arrange shipments, including finished goods availability, container and pallet arrangements, and booking ETD/ETA schedules.

· Review and confirm shipping documents with importers to issue accurate and timely final documents.

Import: Follow up POs & shipments:

· Initiate and finalize Letters of Credit (LCs) with vendors; request payments as required.

· Coordinate with importers and track shipment timelines (ETD/ETA) to ensure alignment with PO schedules.

· Verify shipping documents for accuracy and compliance with customs regulations.

· Liaise with the warehouse for cargo receipt and with the QA team for inspection.

· Collaborate with the importer and QA to handle any product complaints, if applicable.

Artwork / Packaging Design

· Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to finalize artwork and packaging designs for both import and export products.

Coordinate Internal Documentation

· Prepare and provide necessary documents and dossiers to meet customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Division Head.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the import-export field.
  • Solid knowledge of international trade and business practices.
  • Proven understanding of import-export procedures and basic project management.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Customer service mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and diligent in handling documentation and operational processes.
