Intermediate/Senior Performance Marketing Specialist - Up to $7000 (English proficiency required)

As our Performance Marketing, you will lead the planning and execution of data-driven advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and especially AppLovin. Your role will be critical in scaling customer acquisition, improving retention, and driving revenue growth.
We are looking for someone who not only has strong hands-on experience in performance marketing but also excels in English communication to work seamlessly in a fast-paced, global team.
What you will do
1. Strategize and execute full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, AppLovin, etc.) to acquire new customers and increase customer lifetime value.
2. Plan, launch, monitor, and continuously optimize ad campaigns, focusing on cost efficiency and measurable ROI.
3. Analyze campaign performance deeply to track KPIs (CPI, ROAS, CVR, retention, etc.), uncover insights, and propose clear optimizations.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creatives, analytics, and product to align on campaign goals and execution.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure we stay ahead in the digital advertising space.
6. Constantly A/B test ad creatives, audience segments, placements, and bidding strategies to enhance performance.
7. Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights and learnings.
